SCC Children’s Classes
New Procedures for Children’s Classes, beginning in September 2026. Please see check-in & out procedures below.

SCC provides a safe and engaging place with weekly Bible-based lessons where children learn of God’s love, and are known and loved by caring teachers.
Classes are age-appropriate for nursery (0-2 years), Preschool (3-4 years), Kindergarten-1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade, and 4th-5th grade (girls & boys are in separate classes). All classes meet in the Children’s Wing of the church during the 10 a.m. service.
Children’s Check-in & Check-out Procedures
CHECK-IN: Parents/guardians please check-in all children nursery–5th grade at the Children’s Wing at the beginning of service. You will receive a special ID connected to your student.
Mobile check in through the Church Center app is now available and simple! More → Check-In → (Choose your family member(s) going to class
Nursery & Pre-K go straight to class.
*New* beginning September 6th: K - 5th grade will check in and head straight to the Treehouse for Kids' Church! Kids will move to their grade-level classes the Children’s Wing around 10:40 a.m. (Please note: Hot cocoa or other beverages will not be allowed upstairs.)
CHECK-OUT: Parents will pick up at the classrooms in the Children’s Wing. Parents, please make sure to present your ID to the teacher at the time of pick-up to easily check out your student(s)!
In an effort to keep pickup in the children’s wing more efficient and less congested, please stay on the right side of the hallway as much as possible to pick up your child(ren), and exit the Children’s Wing on the right (going towards the Foyer), much like driving a vehicle.
The classrooms are labeled:
Room 1: Preschool,
Room 2: K & 1st grade,
Room 3: 2nd & 3rd grade,
Room 4: Girls 4/5th grade,
Room 5: Boys 4/5th grade.
