First Aid Team Now Recruiting!

You’ve seen the smiling faces, warm greetings, and yes… those swanky shirts. But have you ever wondered who those friendly folks on the First Aid Team are? If you have a heart to serve and some basic experience, it could be you!

With two Sunday services, our current team is stretched, and we’re looking for more volunteers to help care for our church family. The First Aid Team plays an important role in helping people feel safe and comfortable, knowing that trained assistance is available for both minor needs and unexpected emergencies.

Most Sundays involve being visible, offering a friendly presence, handing out high-fives, and occasionally applying a bandage or two. Team members are also prepared to respond to more serious situations and coordinate with Sisters Fire when needed.

Our team includes a range of experience—from CPR/First Aid–trained volunteers to nurses, paramedics, and other medical professionals. We provide ongoing training and host regular (and catered!) team meetings. The commitment is flexible, typically serving about once a month.
